Managed Network Services

Managed Network Services (MNS)
vs
Total Service Provider (TSP)
Seamless Solutions is one of the best Managed Network Services companies in Houston, Texas, but what is Managed Network Services?
A managed network services provider (MNS), is typically an information technology (IT) services provider, who manages and assumes responsibility for providing a defined set of services to their clients either proactively or as they (not the client) determine that the services are needed. Most MNS companies bill an upfront setup or Transition and an ongoing flat or near-fixed monthly fee, which benefits their clients by providing them with predictable IT support costs. I just wanted you to know the extraordinary lengths that your staff has gone through to assist us...Then, today, something went haywire I the network and all three offices went down. Then some computers came up and some stayed down…. all in different offices … which made the identification of this oddity even more challenging. Despite that, Chris came out and worked and worked and worked. He figured it out and was able to fix the issues. Not only was he able to find out what happened, he fixed a copier which had lost “something” (remember, I am not an IT guy so don’t judge me) and Chris fixed it where to be a network printer again.
